Radar sensor

Radar sensors are extremely cool, in that let us see moving things that we can’t see. They are like superheroes, able to see through walls and hurdles. In this special episode, we deep dive into the wonderful world of radar sensors, exploring what they do and how they do so well.

Radar sensor technology is the hidden secret spy that tells us if something is coming our way. These KYSAIL sensors work by sending out radio waves to detect objects and then gauging the distance and speed of the objects. Much like bats rely on echolocation to see in the dark, 77G Radar Sensor send out radio waves and listen for the echoes that bounce back from the objects around them. This enables them to generate a digital map of their surroundings and warn us if something could be threatening.

How Radar Sensors Work

Radar sensors work by transmitting radio waves and then receiving the echoes as they are reflected back from objects. Because they can measure how long it takes for the waves to get to an object and return, radar sensors can determine how far away that object is. They can also calculate how fast an object is moving by the shift in frequency of the radio waves. A computer then takes this data and generates an accurate picture of the environment.
